Tomato Wedge Salad
Here’s a salad worthy of a center stage position – the tomato wedge salad. It’s a take-off on the Iceberg Wedge salad served at many fine restaurants. This has the same basic ingredients, but arranged a little more colorfully making the tomato the star of the dish instead of the lettuce. The tomato wedge salad is also a little easier to maneuver and eat than the ice burg wedge.
A tomato wedge is both pretty & tasty! Why not try one tonight?

Ingredients for a Tomato Wedge Salad
You don’t want tomatoes that are too juicy for this recipe or the plate will look watery and taste soggy. You can use smaller Campi tomatoes to make a smaller side dish or a buffet tray.
