What is Everything Seasoning?

Everything Seasoning is what the bagel shops sprinkle onto their Everything bagels. It’s a salty seasoning that is no longer restricted to bagels as it can give most everything a huge flavor kick – from eggs to seafood to veggies!

What is Everything Seasoning?

Everything seasoning became popular from the “everything bagel”, which is a plain bagel with this spice creation sprinkled on top before baking. Some bagel companies even combine the seasoning into the batter and also sprinkle it on top. These bagels are most commonly topped with cream cheese and lox. Since the taste can be quite addictive, the seasoning was bottled.

Everything seasoning is appropriately named as it can be sprinkled onto most everything for a burst of bright flavor. Try it on such foods as avocados, spinach, kale, salmon, beef, homemade breads, and most anything else that needs a flavor perk. Many people keep it right there with the salt and pepper shakers because they reach for it so often!
